these policies.
DEPOSITS
In order to protect my time and reserve a time slot, a deposit will be required at time of booking. The deposit goes toward the final cost of service. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment time as long as the reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
All appointments must be confirmed on the clients end with an attached credit card At least 72 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment remains unconfirmed, you will risk losing your time slot.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after
your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for
your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be
charged the full cost of the service.
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. ALL same day
cancellations/reschedules will be charged a 50% service fee. Consistent
cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in full service
charge and inability to rebook. If the appointment was not confirmed by you, the policy still applies.
NO SHOWS
If you do not show up for your scheduled time without prior notice, you will be considered
a “no show” and 100% of the service cost will be charged. If the appointment was unconfirmed and the timeslot was not filled, you are still responsible for applicable no show fees.
We reserve the right to discontinue services at any point if the clients behavior is unsafe, unprofessional, or not in alignment of our business policies.
